2nd trip took my other daughter in due to a boil under her arm pit. They sent it off to be tested and never called to say it tested postive for MRSA

3RD trip I went in for a splinter under my toenail and after mulitiple attempts to numb my toe they said I would need to see a surgeon. Surgeon gave me one shot in my toe and removed it during my consult visit.

Yesterday my daughter took my granddaughter in due to the fact she was throwing up. They told her it was all due to a double ear infection. We ended up going to a local hospital and there was no ear infection just a nasty virus. To top matters off the doctor walked out of the room talking to the other doctors about how could she not know her daughter had an ear infection.

I personally had 3 bad experiences here.

Doc is very rude to us. Very stuck up. Acted like she did not have time to see us. Try to brush off the fact that my sister was just in a car accident. Will not come back if my life depends on it.

1st took my 15 year old daughter in with severe back pain. They said it was a UTI. On second trip they stated she have a small kidney stone. They completely missed the big kidney stone.

My husband had a kidney stone. I am sure there are a lot of you that can relate to the amount of pain you are in with those. The nurse took him straight back. The physicians, nurses, and staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable and gave him medicine to help manage his pain. This was a very good experience and when a loved one is hurt or in pain, it is nice to know that we have a facility so close with staff that care.

Never answer their phone and you can't leave a message either, unless you call during business hours, which is when they should be answering the phone. Have been trying to reschedule an appointment for a month now and have been promised I'd get a call back, but never have. Unprofessional.

Awesome nurse practioner (Amy), staff and quick service. Loved that they play music and everyone was so cheerful, even at the end of the day on a Friday. Best experience at any medical facility EVER!
